ICT tools for learning with the students with the special needs

Tools and applications to be used in learning and teaching with students and also with students special educational needs. How ?
Its up to you. I have tried to add here simple and flexible tools that I have tried.
A good tool is a good tool for SEN students too.

I feel mathplayground is a good if not best site for mathgames. Try it!
